Beware of Fraudulent Recruitment Communications

We have recently been made aware of fraudulent activities involving people posing as human resources representatives and hiring managers from Aadi Bioscience. Aadi Bioscience will never require a candidate to provide a payment to us during the recruitment process. If a candidate receives a genuine job offer for a role with us, whether the offer is made directly by us or through an agency, they will not be required to make any payments toward administration fees. We strongly recommend that candidates do not disclose personal or financial details to anyone they do not know. How to Spot the Signs of Fraudulent Communication Read More

Recruiters for Aadi Bioscience will never ask for payment or banking information. During the formal recruiting process or post acceptance of an offer, we may ask for the following:

  • Passport Information or other work authorization documents
  • Personal identification such as your National Insurance Number, Social Security Number, etc…
  • Personal contact details such as phone number and home address

In addition, candidates should consider the following to determine the validity of a communication:

  • Are there major spelling or grammatical errors in the communication, or inconsistencies with the format of dates and times?
  • What is the sender’s email address? Does it seem consistent with previous communications?
  • If someone is contacted by a third-party recruiting agency for an opportunity with Aadi, they should do an internet search to confirm the validity of the agency.
  • Who is sending the email? If the email is coming from a senior executive or an employee outside of the HR department, the person should report it.
  • If someone is being offered a role without having a face-to-face interview (in person or video conference), this indicates fraudulent communication.

We suggest that you not respond to any communication received from the source in question claiming to represent Aadi Bioscience and delete any associated messages.
